AHEAD TuneUp Device45. Stem-CDHS0023
The cycledesign AHEAD TuneUp Device.45 Stem is an 3D-forged aluminum adjustable

type, and by loosening lateral interconnected  with a precision spline shaft knuckle

broached, dial-in the angle and perfect height. 

 
Easy installation and can slide the stem extension over the base, then insert the splined

shaft knuckly into the stem, making sure the slot of the splined shaft to align with the 

slot of the base, this assures a smooth fit and that the lateral screw is srecurely

installed and properly seated. 
 
Its pivot range is from 45 degrees upwards to 45 degrees downwards for adapting

various terrains and riding positions. 
 
The steerer height of stem has a 38mm heigh and needs to reserve a spacer to be fixed

into the threadless steerer tube and is mounted directly on the steerer tube.
